PDQ Estates Ltd (PDQ) is a locally owned and independent company based in West Cornwall. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the property market, our friendly, helpful attitude and have helped thousands of people to buy and sell property since opening in 2001. Despite being a relatively small, locally owned company, you may be surprised to learn that we have also provided estate agency insight, expertise and training to some of the biggest names on the UK high street including Tesco, RBS and clients of Standard and Poor (USA). We work hard on behalf of our customers and have received many commendations and awards for our service and innovation in estate agency. We have been finalists in the national Estate Agency of the Year awards on many occasions and were the first estate agent in the UK to secure the Honesty and Clarity mark for our estate agency contracts from the Plain English Campaign.
